Practices For Mindful Submission - Online Workshop

Practices For Mindful Submission: Reflective, Contemplative, and Exploratory Practices For Submissive Folks

Online Workshop with Darren Campbell

Workshop for people interested in exploring submissive identity using tools and philosophies of mindfulness

We submit in order to connect with our partner and with ourselves. This workshop is tailored for those exploring their role as a submissive, providing tools and exercises to connect more deeply and fully.

Mindfulness, the practice of being fully present and aware, is at the heart of this workshop, providing us language and skills to fostering trust and vulnerability in relation to our partner and ourselves. Practical examples will be provided, including guided exercises and opportunities to ask questions and clarify any uncertainties. This workshop is intended to invite attendees to explore their own relationship with mindful submission, not to assert any one "true" approach.

This class is open to all attendees over the age of 18 and is open to attendees of all power orientations and dynamics, but will focus primarily on the experience and perspectives of people who play a submissive role in sex and/or relationships.

  • Attendees will receive a link to the Zoom Meeting a few hours before the event.

  • Event will be recorded & attendees will have access for 60 days.

  • Subsidized pricing available for those in economic need.

  • All workshop times in ET.
