All ticket prices include access to join live and 30-day access to the recording. Recording link will be provided via Eventbrite email within 72 hours of the end of the workshop.
3 Ticket Types/Prices Are Available (Plus A Scholarship Option):
Actual Cost Tier $24 - For those who can afford to cover their own costs, this tier represents the actual cost of the workshop. All tickets include access to the recording.
Supporter Tier $36 - For those with discretionary income who can easily cover their own costs and have extra to give for subsidized and scholarship tickets.
Subsidized Tier $12 - For those who have a bit to exchange, but not enough to cover the actual cost without incurring financial harm.
Scholarships - 5 free scholarships are made available for each workshop for community members who are unable to afford the Subsidized Tier. Please email dare@learngrowrepeat.ca if this situation applies to you with the subject line “Scholarship Request For X” where X is the name and date of the workshop. In the body of the email, simply provide your name.
Curious about humiliation play? Want to know what folks get out of it? Need info on how to humiliate or be humiliated as safely as possible? In this workshop Dare will introduce humiliation play and talk about the wide variety of feelings and experiences that can be included in this type of play.
Discussion topics will include how to explore this with a new or existing partner, how to negotiate for this type of play, safety considerations, and how this kind of psychological play can impact aftercare and care needs.
This class is open to all attendees with any experience level over the age of 18.About the Presenter:
About Dare:
Dare Campbell (they/them) is an educator and explorer who has spent years supporting individuals within underserved sexuality and disabled communities, as well as guiding both emerging and established leaders. They have been featured on various podcasts, university panels, and television programs and have taught at numerous sexuality and kink conferences across North America since 2010. Dare was the recipient of the 2024 Black Rose Jack McGeorge Excellence in Education Award and the Leather Leadership Conference 2021 Sir Alan Penrod Living Leadership Scholarship. Currently working on a second Bachelor of Arts in Sexuality Studies, they have a BA in Psychology from York University.
In their work, Dare equips participants and clients with practical tools and illustrative examples to help them build self-knowledge and communication skills. Dare advocates for a collaborative approach that emphasizes creating a sense of safety and shared vulnerability, believing it is essential for cultivating meaningful connections, fulfilling relationships, and a love-filled life.
